Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create a prayer group?

Tap the Groups tab, then tap the add group icon in the top right. Groups require a Lifted Premium subscription. New users get a 7-day free trial.

How do I invite someone to my group?

Open your group, tap the ⋯ menu, and select Invite Members. Share the QR code or join code with the people you'd like to invite.

How do I restore my subscription?

Open the app, go to Groups and tap the add or join button. On the paywall screen, tap Restore Purchases at the bottom.

My prayers aren't syncing — what should I do?

Check your internet connection and pull down to refresh on the prayer list. If the issue persists, try signing out and back in from Settings.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Forget Me / Delete Account in the app. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data immediately. Alternatively email us at support@lifted-prayer.com and we will process your request within 30 days.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your personal prayers are only visible to you. Group prayers are visible to group members only. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone to cancel.
